| About: | Our son and HERO was tragically killed on June 24, 2006 during his first tour of duty in Baghdad Iraq. Justin fulfilled his life’s dream by enlisting in the Army during spring break of his senior year. At the time of his enlistment, America had not committed its military to war yet. Justin was fully aware of the timing and the seriousness of war. In his own words he stated, “I can’t wait to go”……….A true PATRIOT. We last spoke to Justin on Mother’s Day May 13, 2006. He came home to a HERO’S welcome and was sadly laid to rest in a veteran’s garden at a local cemetery where he had once worked, caring for the grounds and headstones of past veterans. We love & miss you very much Justin and we are very PROUD of the man you had become. |
